Winco 1/2 Sheet Pan 13′ x 18′

Measuring 13 inches wide and 18 inches long, the Winco ALXP-1813H half-size sheet pan can be used to bake cookies or roast vegetables. Its aluminum construction is 3003 series, which means it is strengthened with manganese and other metals. The pan edges have a closed bead and are reinforced with a galvanized wire.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:

1. CAUTION: allow product to cool before washing
2. Wash aluminum products with warm water, mild soap and a soft, non-abrasive sponge
3. After washing, immediately and completely dry with a cloth/paper towel to prevent limescale from forming
4. To remove cooked-on food residue, boil in water with vinegar for 4 to 5 minutes to loosen, then follow steps 1-3 to wash, rinse & dry.
