This old favourite is made in tiny batches allowing the onions to caramelise and create a rich red glaze.

Our Red Onion Relish has a delicously complex flavour created by a variety of sugars, vinegars and wine as well as the best red onions we can get our hands on. Spare a thought for the peelers and choppers!

Serving Suggestion:

Perfect with smoked lamb.
