- Barrel shaped wood handle with metal ferrule and stick tang that’s folded over at the handle end
- Blade measures 8.7 x 3.75″ and a weighs 9.8 oz.
- Chan Chi Kee (“CCK”) has been forging Chinese chef’s knives for over 100 years and have become known all over the world for their high performance
- Made in Hong Kong
- Note: This CCK cleaver is made of carbon steel (not stainless); the blade will rust if not cared for properly and will form a darkened patina over time. These knives frequently exhibit imperfections in fit & finish which are not considered a defect.
