Atoma Diamond Plate #140

Our recommended method of flattening your whetstone is by using the Atoma diamond plate. This flattening plate will work quickly and leave you with a perfectly flat sharpening surface. It will also last a long time and will itself stay flat, unlike many stone type flatteners. It is made of mono-crystalline diamonds on the very abrasive surface and attached to a 10mm thick machined aluminum plate. It can also be used as a very abrasive stone to repair badly damaged knives. Measures 8.25 x 2.6″ and is 1/2″ thick.
