The smoker system has a dedicated burner and drawer for wood chunks. With over 660 square inches of actual grill space, this grill is a great addition to anyone who cooks for larger groups and parties!The 20,000 BTU side burner has a sealed top and stainless steel cover for easy outside cooking. The sear zone with 27,500 BTU’s reaches 1500 degrees F in four minutes and cooks 50 percent faster.

All stainless parts manufactured by Alfresco, as well as stainless steel grill burners and round grill grates, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The structural integrity of the stainless steel briquette trays, grill grates, and drip pans are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. For (2) two years from the date of original purchase your Alfresco grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. All other grill components, including igniters, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
