Diamond Sear Cooking Grids

The Diamond Sear Cooking Grids feature a patented design with bars that have a smooth flat top. Each bar measures over .35 inches wide, covering more than half of the total cooking surface. These grids optimally transfer heat from the burners to the cooking surface, ensuring faster and more even cooking.

Flavor Grids

Flavor Grids allow heat to rise unobstructed from the burner to the cooking grids. They disperse heat quickly and evenly, vaporize juices to flavor the food, and minimize flare-ups and grease fires. These grids are also easy to clean and maintain.

Cast Stainless Steel Burners

The grill includes thick cast 304 stainless steel burners, each weighing up to 12 pounds and featuring a lifetime warranty. Designed with a protective lip above the ports, these burners prevent clogging from grease and are guaranteed for life.

Analog Thermometer

The analog thermometer, with a polished stainless steel bezel, is embedded in the hood. It is large, attractive, and positioned at a forward angle for easy viewing.

Aurora Halogen Lights

12V interior halogen lights enhance evening grilling, making it convenient to cook all year long.

Aurora Backburner (Optional)

An optional stainless steel backburner and rotisserie kit are available. This includes a heavy-duty motor, solid spit rod, two meat prongs, a counterbalance, and a polished stainless steel cover for protection.

Hot Surface Ignition System

The Hot Surface Ignition System is the most advanced and reliable lighting system available. Simply push in the control knob to activate the hot surface, turn up the gas, and light your grill. It requires 110V electricity.

Magic View Window

All Fire Magic Echelon and Aurora (A790 & A660) grills offer an optional Magic View Window, allowing you to monitor grilled foods without lifting the hood and losing valuable heat.
