Sunflower Sugar Arts Disco Dusts have a larger grain than Pearl Dust or Sparkle Dust and this makes non edible decorations highly reflective.

Disco Dust was invented by Sunflower Sugar Art in 1995.

Developed for the cake decorating industry, these powdered dusts contain only ingredients that are NON-TOXIC and are ideal for use with gum paste or rolled fondant. Intended for use with the dry form, they may also be mixed with oil-based flavorings or alcohol for painting and highlighting with air brushes. For more permanent application, liquefy with Tylose gum glue or confectioners glaze.

Not a food additive and should be removed before serving.
