These chips undergo a filtration process to remove both dust from the chipping process and large chunks that may not burn as efficiently. This results in a more uniform and even burning wood chip, enhancing the smoke flavor of your barbecue.
For optimal results, it is recommended to soak these cherry wood chips for 30 to 45 minutes before use. Once the chips have been drained of water, you can lay them directly on charcoal or place them in your wood chip box or tray. This method ensures a wonderful smoke flavor, perfect for enhancing the taste of your grilled meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables with the sweet and fruity aroma of cherry wood.
