Designed to complement the width of the Slow ‘N Sear Deluxe and Original Slow ‘N Sear, its single opening streamlines grate functionality and simplifies access to fuel in the basket. With its hinged design, the grate covers the water reservoir completely while allowing full access to the charcoal basket, eliminating the issue of wet briquettes.
